We are growing and looking for clinicians to add to our group practice. Our goal is to build a diverse team of clinicians. While we value treating girls and women as our specialty, it is also important for our team of clinicians to value inclusive therapy practices and body positivity.
We are looking for a therapist that is trained to work specifically with couples.
The mission of Evolve Counseling Associates, LLC is to be a catalyst for growth and development for girls and women in the realm of mental, emotional, and behavioral health. Evolve Counseling Associates believes in a holistic approach to therapy and offers a comprehensive method of counseling practices. Empowering clients to become greater versions of themselves is the foundation of each session.
Required:
Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active, unrestricted license in Tennessee
Flexibility with schedule
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide clinical counseling services to clients of Evolve Counseling Associates, LLC in accordance with company policies
Possess proper licensure and abide by all laws and regulations, and code of ethics
Timely completion of written records for each patient including, but not limited to, intake notes, progress notes, and other forms of documentation when needed
Committed to best practices for girls and women therapy techniques
Committed to continual growth as a clinician
Build and Manage a caseload of 20 clients a week
Respond to clients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc., or through the Evolve Counseling Associates, LLC website.
Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
