Legacy requires practitioners must have own professional insurance liability and be licensed with Tennessee as a professional licensed LMFT, or Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee in good standing as a private practice practitioner. Thereafter, if you desire to stay with us after 30 days, there is a cost for personal office thereafter.
