The Nashville OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist (Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychologist) to join our team. We would ideally like for the new therapist to start in January of 2023, but we can be flexible if it’s an excellent fit. The therapist will provide evidence-based treatments for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders in a vibrant private practice setting. Our clientele consists of individuals across the lifespan seeking effective care both in person and virtually. The NOATC provides a supportive environment for therapists who value collaboration over competition and strive for life-long learning. As a clinic, we are committed to culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+ affirming services.

Candidates must possess a Tennessee license, be credentialed through PsyPact, or be license eligible in TN. They must have at least one year of experience implementing evidence-based interventions for OCD and anxiety, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as experience working with adolescent and adult clients. The ideal candidate will also embody our core values of compassion, creativity, and commitment to evidence-based care.

Preferred candidates will be actively engaged with the local therapy community and will demonstrate excellent case conceptualization and communication skills. Preferred candidates will have experience working with younger clients (ages 6-12) and have significant multicultural experience. Speaking a language other than English is also preferred.

Primary responsibilities will include conducting psychodiagnostic assessments for incoming clients, providing individual therapy services, maintaining documentation, and participating in didactics and clinical team meetings. Other potential opportunities may include leading/co-leading group therapy, supervision of student trainees, participation in community outreach events, and presenting at local and national conferences.

Our new Therapist will have access to:
– Weekly case consultation seminars/didactics
– Fully furnished office space
– Administrative support
– Competitive compensation (starting at $90 per clinical hour worked)
– Healthcare benefits
– Individual consultation with a small group
– An annual educational stipend for CEs and conference travel

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis with the intention of hiring in early 2023.
