About HopeNation: HopeNation is a new, virtual behavioral health organization providing mental health services to children, teens and young adults. Our mission is to advance hope and healing to individuals and their families. We’re looking for therapists who not only want to be part of our team, but also play a critical role in shaping our company and culture as we take root and grow.
HopeNation is committed to the philosophy of lifelong learning and expects all employees to continue their personal and professional development. HopeNation employees are required to model the company’s mission, vision, and values in the course of their employment.
HopeNation prioritizes access. We believe in the elimination of discrimination and other barriers that contribute to inequitable opportunities to join and be a part of a work group, organization, or community. Our clients are diverse and come from varied cultural backgrounds. We want HopeNation therapists to be reflective of a healthy, diverse culture.
Description: While providing individual, group and family therapy, the Licensed Therapist participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing a comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessment to include the incorporation of clinically indicated, psychometrically sound assessment instruments that inform the treatment plan. Coaching and collaboration with other providers is encouraged and supported. Interventions that are evidenced-based will be used to guide treatment. As appropriate, we encourage our therapists to participate in marketing and other operational activities that will grow and advance our business.
