Compensation
- Fee‑for‑service (FFS) model with guaranteed base salary
- Estimated annual earnings: $67,000–$79,000, with no cap on productivity income
The Role
As a TeamHealth psychotherapist, you’ll be a valued member of an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to improving the mental health and quality of life of older adults.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Providing individual psychotherapy and evidence‑based interventions
- Developing and updating treatment plans in collaboration with care teams
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as clinically appropriate
- Partnering with nursing staff, social workers, and facility leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted LPC‑MHSP license in Tennessee (independent practice required)
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Genuine interest in working with older adult and long‑term care populations
