I’m Karen Chambless, an LPC-MHSP based in Chattanooga, and I have both lived experience and clinical expertise in working with all types of religious harm in a therapeutic setting. I’m teaching an in-person workshop on Sun, June 7 in Chattanooga that will provide both education and application-based discussion around clinical work with 5 types of Adverse Religious Experiences. This workshop is NBCC-approved for 4 CE’s and will last from 9:30 am-2:30 pm Eastern Time. Cost is $125.
Registration is here: https://app.youform.com/forms/rqacrxbd and the payment link is within the form. Please note you have to fill out the form and pay in order to reserve your spot.
This workshop will be neurodivergence- and introvert-friendly as I am both myself!
Greetings! I have accidentally double booked myself. I have an online conference with AASECT to attend the 4th of June through 12pm on the 7th.
I just bought and paid for this training on religious trauma because I forgot about the AASECT one. Is there anyway I can be issued a refund for this training, please?
Karen, would you be available for consultation around a client with significant AREs? The particulars are quite disturbing with the potential to cause secondary trauma and I’ve been hesitant to impose them on peers.
I registered and paid for the training. I have not gotten any other info. Where exactly is this happening? North Chattanooga is a big place.
