Middle Tennessee State University is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our team as a Counselor in Counseling Services. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Counselor role provides individual short-term counseling, crisis intervention, consultation, and outreach to support the mental health and well-being of a diverse student population. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ personal growth and academic success within a collaborative, multidisciplinary university environment.
This is a 10-month position, which means the Counselor works a 37.5-hour week from August through May and has June and July off each year.
