The capabilities of the mind are amazing. Yet we are often unaware of how the mind functions or that we have the ability to transform the way we see ourselves and the world around us. Did you know that programming and beliefs in the unconscious mind, most of which happened before the age of 7, govern 96% of our beliefs and behaviors? The Trauma Healing Method is a modality that helps clients to identify the influences and events that have shaped behavior and to heal these wounds from the past. Using this Method, we can help clients to learn how to regulate emotions and to rewire neural pathways to transform beliefs about themselves, others, and past events.
Objectives:
- Describe how beliefs and programming are created in the mind
- Describe The Trauma Healing Method
- Discuss tools that can be used to rewire the brain and regulate emotions.
