About the Speaker(s)

Carri McClellan, LPC-MHSP-S, LMHC

Carri graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BA in Psychology in 2006 and from Pacific University with an MA in Counseling Psychology in 2010. She has been practicing counseling at the Master’s level since 2010 and as an administrator and clinical supervisor since 2017. Her background is in addiction medicine.

Leadership and care coordination are at the heart of her work in behavioral health. She has worked tirelessly to align clinical and administrative operations with the core values of honesty, integrity, community, and safety. In clinical and administrative experience, she’s cultivated environments that thrive on teamwork and excellence in client services. Developing policies and programs, Carri ensures operational efficiency while collaborating on innovative interventional initiatives.

The launch of The Deep Well Consulting marks a new chapter where her expertise in behavioral health takes center stage. It’s more than a consultancy; it’s a beacon for innovative solutions in mental health and organizational training. In her variety of roles, her mission remains the same: to deliver unparalleled service and elevate the standard of care, all while nurturing a culture of compassion and patient-centered practice.
