On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, TLPCA proudly hosted our first-ever Day on the Hill. This landmark event marked a significant milestone for our organization, bringing together dedicated professionals to advocate for the mental health field. The day was extremely successful, with 13 enthusiastic members of TLPCA actively participating. These members engaged in meaningful discussions with legislators, highlighting the critical issues facing our profession and the communities we serve. Their efforts not only raised awareness but also paved the way for potential policy changes that could benefit countless individuals in need of mental health services.
