Many clinicians are hesitant to treat DID because they struggle to conceptualize how a single identity can fragment into multiple distinct identities, as well as how to restore functional integration. With appropriate knowledge and a clear conceptual framework for understanding the internal experience of individuals with DID, skilled trauma therapists can effectively support and treat these clients. This training is provided to help those who would like to work with this population, as well as those who simply would like to know more about the condition. The training will be conducted in person and live virtually for 3 CEUs. (For questions, I can be reached at cindagee.anucounseling.com)
