Company Overview

JCHA is a small and established insurance-based private practice in the Johnson City area, working with the whole family system: individual, couple, family, and group therapy, from ages 6-75. We value the whole person, and support the whole system as growth happens in the individual. Clinical Mental Health Therapists provide outpatient individual, family, couples, and group therapy to clients of The Journey Center for Healing Arts. They report to the owner/directors Sybil Smith and JJ Knodel. Our values in acceptance, compassion, curiosity, kindness, and growth are felt as soon as you walk in our doors. Established in 2009, we have grown into a team of 8 therapists and 2 interns, with administrative support.
